দু-দিনের দুনিয়া - stories of today and tomorrow(?)

I guess I do not need to tell the story sorry the mysterious eventualities involving Rizwan and Priyanka. Neither I am interested to describe and draw some conclusion on the incident. I am more interested about the way we reacted or should have reacted. There is so many spices like rich poor division , religious , social , power play aspect in the events. After the mysterious death of the protagonist there is lot of candle light and media hype. Everybody is furious about the death of the young boy or about the money power involved in the incident. I feel people are missing some very basic points. People are more interested about the incident not about the problem as a whole and where we stand. We are ready for the scalp of the accused persons. But how many of us take a deep breath and ask ourselves how we would have reacted in case some one of our very own involved. No doubt we have every right to seek justice for someone but what I think most important is what we learn and how we evol

Yesterday there was a strike call in West Bengal. The roads were almost empty. I usually leave office at 9:00 to 9:30 pm. But since I anticipated less transportation option I left early at around 8:00 pm and took a shuttle. The shuttle car was a white colored ambassador. The driver was young and energetic. Fortunately I got seat in the front just beside him. Around the middle of the the journey there is a place called Science city. There we need to cross a bridge. Few yards before the the bridge a speeding Tata Sumo crossed our car from left side to the right. Just before the bridge the same car was pushing our car towards left. Our car was running at around 60 km/h. In front of our car just few feet away there was another car blocking our car from moving forward. The Sumo was pushing from right side, in the front side vacant car blocking us from speeding away and in the left side was a small bush separating two roads at slightly different level just before the bridge. People find it quite easy to climb up - not just rock or careerer ladder rather I will say all sort of upward activity. But when comes the term to go back to where we started from or say somewhere down the line some of us do fare terribly. It's sort of tumbling down . Why this happen ? May be I do not have the answer to the question or rather there is nothing called tailored made answer to all our queries . Recently I have some kind of upward movement and the movement was very quick. To be more specific I had an climbing experience that took just 2 weeks to go up and reach the peak. And I had to come down in just 3 days. I was not ready either for the quick climbing up or the trembling down. After a few days I started analyzing the events and came up with my own explanation about the eventuality and I how reacted. When I started climbing up I did never set out my destination and my primary aim was to to reach the goal. As if the journey only involves a call to start and reaching
